I'm Kate - speech pathologist, business owner, and mentor.

I've spent years working with varied and complex paediatric caseloads, navigating different systems, building a practice and a team from scratch, and learning (sometimes the hard way) what it means to work sustainably.

I mentor clinicians who are trying to make sense of difficult cases, develop their clinical skills, build practices that actually work for them, or find a more grounded and confident way to show up in their work.

What mentoring with me is like

Sessions are 60 minutes, online, and flexible.

You set the agenda, or I can - if that's what you need.

You can come with a specific case you're stuck on, a situation you need to talk through, an area you want to learn about, or just a general sense that something isn't working. We'll figure it out together.

I bring a lot of clinical knowledge, but also a lot of real-world context. I'm a practicing clinician running my own practice, so I understand what it actually feels like to be in the thick of it.

My approach is warm, honest, and practical. I won't just validate everything you do. I'll ask good questions, offer a different lens, and help you find a path forward that makes sense for you.

  • 5-session pack (save 5%)

    • $1,045 total / $209 per session. Valid 6 months. Payment plans available.

    10-session pack (save 10%)

    • $1,980 total / $198 per session. Valid 12 months. Payment plans available.

    New starter / new business pack (save 15%) - once off

    • 6 sessions for $1122 / $187 per session. For new graduates, early-career clinicians, or those starting a practice. Valid 6 months. Available once per person. Payment plans available.
